Music for the Film.

I have been collating music for the short film and have made a playlist on itunes. For the opening sequence I have narrowed the choice of songs down to a few, of course this might completly change in the editing process, as I like to see what effect images and sounds have together. The main songs that I am thinking about are "Joga" by Bjork which has a very cinematic fell to it due to the string section but also has a very modern drum track as well which would suit the themes of the story. The other song I have been listening to is "Hanging in the Wire" by PJ Harvey which has a very different feel to it. It is a slower, more sentimental song that would work well with the long slow cross-dissolves that I am thinking of using.
